Lovely old place, I truly enjoyed flexible personnel.
All in all - had a wonderful 2 night stay. The rooms were bright and quiet equipped with very strong fans, private bathroom and a spacious bath. The hotel was in a wonderful and magnificent location so close to the historical centre, which is beautiful and lively, the colonial old town and Sao Luis main shopping Street. There was Vapt Vupt Lanches nearby to grab something to eat.

The location was unbeatable, close enough to the central historical area and city centre. Sometimes it was hot outside, so we went to Vapt Vupt Lanches, had some food there...

the venue is unique, fairly clean and the location is best possible and ideal so close to lencois national park as well as the historical center of são luís. the hotel offers airy and huge rooms with shower, private bathroom, a beautiful indoor patio, i am very pleased about that. the staff are very friendly and especially helpful people, they helped me with booking.
Everything was spot on.

Loved the way my double room was set up with powerful fans, a private bathroom, and shower. the location couldn't have been better - right next to Sao Luis' main shopping street and the historic center.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the old town. You can easily explore the nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. They can recommend great activities, like a horse riding tour through Lencois national park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The communication with the staff can be a bit challenging as they only speak Portuguese, but it's not a major issue as it's common in Brazil.

The house was absolutely stunning, with beautiful high ceilings and a charming historical feel. One of the best aspects was the location, just a few minutes' walk from restaurants and lively bars. The vibrant atmosphere of the local square added to the overall charm of the area. the spacious rooms were a treat, and the pool right outside provided a refreshing escape from the heat.
The noise level, as the thin wooden floors, windows, and doors made the whole house quite loud. This made it difficult to sleep past 8am due to the sounds of people talking and furniture being moved.

Spacious rooms and shared baths, mosquito nettings, homely common areas with interesting artworks and unique history.
Felt really welcomed, no complaints at all.
